Your Xero reports, emailed on a schedule.
Send the P&L, balance sheet and aged receivables to clients and directors every month as a tidy PDF or Excel file. Set it up once and stop saving, renaming and attaching reports by hand.
How it works
Sign in with your Xero login, pick the reports and who gets them, and choose the day. Reportpost pulls fresh figures from Xero each time it sends.
Connect Xero
Sign in with Xero and choose one or more organisations. Access is read-only, and you can disconnect at any time.
Build a pack
Choose reports, the period (last month, last quarter, financial year to date), comparison columns, PDF or Excel, and the recipients.
It just arrives
On the day and hour you pick, in your timezone. Replies go straight to you. If something goes wrong, you hear about it.
The reports people actually send
Combine any of these into one PDF, or get one Excel sheet per report.
Made for bookkeepers with lots of clients
Month end shouldn't mean exporting forty reports one at a time.
One pack per client
Each organisation gets its own schedule, recipients and message. Set the subject line once with placeholders like {org} and {period}.
Comparisons built in
Show the last month next to the previous two, or this quarter against the last, cash or accrual basis.
Send a test first
Preview any pack as a PDF or send it to yourself before it goes to a client. Every send is logged.
Pricing
Every plan includes all reports, PDF and Excel, unlimited schedules and recipients. Prices in US dollars. Cancel any time.

Questions
What can Reportpost see in my Xero?
Only what it needs to build the reports: report data, invoices (for the aged summaries) and basic organisation settings like your financial year end. It can't change anything in Xero.
Do you store my financial data?
No. Reports are generated at the moment they're sent and the files aren't kept afterwards. We store your schedules, recipients and a log of what was sent and when. Xero access tokens are encrypted.
Will the reports look like Xero's?
They use the same figures and layout Xero returns through its official API, including your custom report layouts. They're formatted as clean A4 pages rather than screenshots of Xero.
What happens when a recipient replies?
The reply goes to you. Emails are sent on your behalf with your address as the reply-to.
What happens after the trial?
Your schedules pause until you pick a plan. Nothing is deleted, and you won't be charged unless you choose a plan.
