What you see in the video

    Pick the reports

    Tick the reports for the pack, like the Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet and Aged Receivables, or any of the other 14. Then pick the period, such as last month or last quarter.

    Choose when and who gets it

    Send it weekly, every two weeks, monthly or quarterly, at the hour you pick in your timezone. Add the people who should get it, such as a client, a director or your own team.

    Check it, then save

    Preview the PDF with the figures it would send, then save the schedule. From then on it goes out on its own. Each send pulls the figures from Xero at that moment, so there's no need to run the reports first.
