Combine Xero reports into one PDF
Export your reports from Xero as PDFs, drop them in here, put them in order and download one tidy pack with a cover page, a contents page and page numbers. It's free and works entirely in your browser: your files are never uploaded anywhere.
How to export the reports from Xero
- In Xero, open Accounting > Reports and choose a report, for example Profit and Loss.
- Set the date range and any comparison periods, then click Update.
- Click Export and choose PDF. Repeat for each report you want in the pack.
- Drop all the downloaded files into the box above.
Xero names exported files after the report, so the tool tidies the names up for the contents page. You can change them before downloading.
Does Xero have a report pack feature?
Xero has management report packs on some plans, but they're limited in which reports you can add, and there's no way to email them automatically on a schedule. A lot of people end up exporting each report and attaching the files by hand, which is what this tool helps with.
Are my files safe?
The files are read and combined by JavaScript in this page, on your computer. Nothing is sent to our server or anyone else's. You can disconnect from the internet after the page has loaded and it still works.
Want it done automatically?
If the same pack goes to the same people every month, Reportpost connects to Xero (read-only) and sends it for you: P&L, balance sheet, aged receivables and payables, bank summary, trial balance, budget and executive summary, and invoice lists, as one PDF or as Excel or CSV. Bookkeepers can set up a separate pack for each client. See also our guides.
