Privacy policy

Reportpost is operated by Richard Claus Blechinger, Waagner-Biro-Straße 122/1/1, 8020 Graz, Austria ("we"). This policy explains what we collect when you use reportpost.app.

What we collect

• Your Xero identity: name, email address and Xero user ID, received when you sign in with Xero.
• The Xero organisations you connect: name, base currency, country and financial year end.
• Your schedules: chosen reports, recipients' email addresses, subject and message.
• A log of each send: when, to whom, and whether it worked.
• Billing details are handled by Stripe. We store your Stripe customer ID, not your card.

Financial data

Report figures are fetched from Xero when a report is sent, rendered into the attachment and emailed. We don't keep copies of the reports or the underlying figures. Xero access tokens are stored encrypted and are used only to produce reports you scheduled or asked for.

Processors

Hetzner (hosting, Germany), Resend (email delivery), Stripe (payments), Xero (the data source you connect).

Your rights

You can disconnect Xero, delete schedules and close your account at any time. To access, correct or delete your data, email support@reportpost.app. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Retention

Send logs are kept for 12 months. When you close your account we delete your data within 30 days, except what we must keep for tax records.
