Terms of service

These terms apply between you and Richard Claus Blechinger, Waagner-Biro-Straße 122/1/1, 8020 Graz, Austria for your use of Reportpost.

The service

Reportpost reads reports from the Xero organisations you connect and emails them to the recipients you choose, on the schedule you set. You're responsible for choosing recipients who are allowed to receive that information.

Accuracy

Reports reflect the data in Xero at the time of sending. We don't audit or change your figures and we're not giving accounting advice.

Trial and billing

New accounts get a 14-day free trial without a card. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Availability

We aim to send every report on time. If Xero or email delivery is unavailable we'll retry or let you know, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Ending

You can stop using Reportpost at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, for example by sending unsolicited email.

Law

Austrian law applies, without its conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country are unaffected.
